Peanuts!...any kind. Dry roasted, cocktail, honey roasted... take a handful and give it 24-36 hrs before fun time, and you'll notice an increase in sperm volume, sperm thickness, and stronger erection! No kidding, I discovered this trick 20 years ago while I was in the Navy and recently found out from a buddy that some university had done a study arriving at the same conclusions!...enjoy!

It was very helpful but I would be interested to know what foods contain the selenium or Zinc or the magnesium

there is alot of zinc in different types of fish, oasters contain alot of zinc there is madnisium in bananas other then that I am not sure but I went to GNC its like a vitamin workout suppliment etc store and you can get just regular vitamins that include these things and it is something you need in your body anyway.  You don't have to tell them what it is for or even talk to them I guess just look in the vitamins I got my husband the daily vitamin packets it contains everything you need plus vitamin B with also helps with labido and energy, it seems to be working pretty well and he says he feels alot better...hope this helps

Cinnamon contains good amounts of trace elements..

Ginger provides good energy, and thins the blood..

Garlic also thins the blood and helps the immune system..

Most once daily vitamins contain all selenium zinc and magnesium, beverages such as Ovaltine also contain large amounts of these nutrients.

I believe they are refering to L Arginine which is an ammino acid ( non essencial) and is a precurser to nitric oxide. Check with whomever posted the original article.

Sacha, I must say that your article needs to be patented.  I have tried all the ingredients you listed and they are the "bomb:".(In other words, it works).  I added one other ingredient to the mix and it "took the roof off" (in other words, it made it more powerful); causing a rise in the sky that wouldn't go down until it got ready.  By-the-way, the other ingredient was "naNOx9" (nitric oxide) by muscletech.  All I can say, once it kicks in, it ain't over till it's over. (smile)
