Emma,you are 9 stone.. That is very small for someone who is 15. I am 15 too. I want to lose weight quick.. in time for summer, but its better to lose it slower by eating HEALTHILY and then you dont put it all back on !! I'm sure you are beautiful as you are and dont need to lose any weightGood LuckHolly

im 14, and im 5.3, and i weigh about 9 stone. my aunty called me fat & it really knocked my confidence. i started a diet i read in a magazine, and lost about 3-4 pounds. now im starting this diet, and exercising for 1-2 hours everynight, lets see if i can lose weightt ;)maii x
I Need Help im 14 and weigh 11 & 1/2 stone and im 4'11, i also get bullied at school. My friends use me to go with them to meet boys because im big and there skinny and they know theres no way the boys will go for me what should i do ? Does this diet Work? because i've tried so many diets that dont work.Please help ;)hi, i have a relativley easy way you can do that. give up bread, potatoes and pasta (no its not atkins) just eat good meat/protein sources, vegtables and fruit, cut out dairy too if you can or just hav one cup of tea or coffee a day.When you wake up before you have anything to eat, go for a quick 20min walk on an empty stomach.(everyday)Watch your portions, every meal should fit on a small sideplate. have about five small meals about 3hours apart. You have a nice stuff like sausages and bacon, just dont go overboard.Ilost a lot of weight this way and have kept it off for three years. stick with it and so will you.good luck
Seems like alot of people here are getting Bullied, this should not happen to anyone, firstly stand up for yourself, secondly tell anyone that will listen that you are getting bullied etc headteachers, teachers, parents, family and friends.
bullies are real weak people if you stand up they will back off.
As for weight dont lose it for some-else to love you, if they dont love you as you are - why would you even want them? think about it - what happens if you put it back on? if all you love is based on looks forget it because everyones looks fade as its called getting old! Remember, no to bullying! and no to losing weight to be loved!

helloim 12 and i fell that im too FAT and people have been saying no your not your just the right weight and all but how am i supposed to know if that is right or not im training to be a child model with mode direct and they have said to me that i need to lose 3 stone in 3 weeks so how can i make thta happen i just fell is modeling the right thing to waste this on ?????please right me a comment :) xxxhiya there, child you are only 12 you don't need to loose weight unless you are obese. Modeling doesn't mean you be unhealthy, you don't to model anyway. The truth is it sounds like you have low self esteem. You don't to be so beautiful for the world. What counts is what is inside of you. no one will tell you this, not even your friends. Have a good day and remember an apple a day keeps the strech marks away.
heyim 16 in one month around 5'6 - 5'7 and im 12 stone, im not putting anymore weight on, but i am EXTREMELY unhappy, and want to idealy loose up to 2 or 3 stone, i am on this diet, on the second day, and i am feeling very hungry ! Will this diet work for me, i want to loose the weight as quickly as possible, PLEASE HELP, i have tried many diets, this one looks sencible, if anyone has tried this diet, could you get back to me, really need the help, thankyou . . .hey u r 16 and u want to good look well if u r not putting anymore weight than it just great because your metabolism is balanced now , u just need to reduce more for that stick to your regular diet which u r following and include daily workout along with which will help in reduce your weight fast.In workout u can include running,yoga wil give proper shape to your body and stretching moreover avoid junk food and chocolates and don't eat anything after 8pm.Girl if you really implement this you will definitely satisfy with your personality.......
hi, im 14, around 5'9 and 180 lbs, i need to lose 40 lbs to get into the soccer team, i do weights every day as well as hundreds of sit ups but nothing works, please please help me.hi im 14, and just over 8stone but listen ur a great size anyway for you age,my doctor told me no chips with anymeals,loads of water,fruit,3 meals a dayy,and if u have full fat milk cut down to semi-skimmed,no suger with tea or 1 sugar,you can still have treats but not too much,exercise daly,i do 100 situps day and night and i can feel it working if u like try a little boxing even if u dont have a boxing bag it still works,i go on youtube and do a little zumba workout and beleive u me its really good you sweat like hell but thats how u kno it works, i hope this advise gets you some where :)
